    Went to bottle tonight. Found a fruitfly in the airlock..... the cider had started to turn to vinager. I dumped it sucks but ohwell it had 5# raspberrys was supist to be for xmas. Can i clean my bucket or is it trash?

    Good or bad idea?

    Im brewing a dipa tonight amarillo centennial cascade and citra i was thinking of adding some coriander and orange peel. Would this add to the beer or get in the way?

    So ive been brewing for just over 2 years, i love sours but never tried to make one. I have a bottle of rrbc benifaction from 2013 do you guys think its still viable for dregs? Might try cloning suplication but was thinking of going more twords a soured belgain blond with no fruit.
