    Yeast starter temp.

    So swmbo wants all brewing stuff outside in the brewshed and now even my starters. I know temp while fermenting is very important but if im making a starter will the temp change also effect my starter? Brew shed is 70 years old with no way to control the temp inside.

    Batch sparging question

    recirculation question

    If im going to be recirculating during my mash do I need to stop the pump and get my water temp to mash out and sparge accordingly or can I bring it up to mash out temp while recirculation and once at needed temp just switch hoses and sparge as normal.

    Rehydrating yeast?

    Im going to be trying out some dry yeast for the first time and I always make a starter and was wondering if I still had to rehydrate the yeast before I mix it in the slurry or I could just sprinkle it on lol. I use a stir plate.
