    What kind of fermentor are you using..

    I have 2 15gal brewers hardware conicals 1 temp controlled, 1 is not... they are both great if you can spare the coin. If i could do it over again i would forgo the none temp controlled and have them both controlled

    Carbing help

    My 2 cents... Let it go for 1.5-2 weeks and you good. I always end up testing it out after a week just to see where I'm at with it. Hope this helps

    help with stuck fermentation!

    after you add the amylase enzyme the remaining fermentation will be slower than normal in my experience but it should drop some points just my 2 cents

    Help choosing a Conical Fermenter

    I have 2 brewershardware 14G conicals 1 jacketed 1 nonjacketed... very well made, and nice features as well. Something to consider. rated @ 15PSI on the jacketed.
