    Strawberry honey blonde

    I just brewed a Sierra Nevada clone and added 3lbs of honey and 60ozs of strawberry juice concentrate at the end of the boil and let me tell you, it's STRONG!!!! 3 cups and you're outta there... Anyone else try this?

    Do you have to leave the co2 hooked up all the time in the fridge? Or is a charge good enough?

    Started an Irish stout about a week ago and got a hydrometer reading of 1.013 today. I forgot to get an initial reading when I pitched the yeast. How much longer should I let it ferment before bottling?
