Ok I have been using b-brite to clean my bottles with great results....until recently. My procedure is to fill up my sink add the appropriate amount of b-brite to the water. Then submerge the bottles while wearing gloves to avoid getting the cleaner all over my hands. If the bottles have labels...
I transferred my dunkel to secondary 4 days ago at that time it looked and tasted great. Today I notice a thin layer appearing on the top and white fragments forming on the sides at the beer line. Is this batch done?
