    Regulator losing pressure?

    So I have a new regulator and new 5 lb co2 tank I tightened everything up had it set at 12 psi come home for work regulator shows 0 set it back to 12 tightened but and screw back on regulator woke up in the morning checked it was down to 10 set it back and am at work now I checked for leaks...

    Co2 tank empty!!

    I kegged my first time over the weekend everything was going good, kegged 5 gal of rye porter put in fridge over night. Force carbed rolled for 4 1/2 minutes on 30 psi set regulator down to about 6. Go to work everything looked good, got home to a empty cylinder, luckily I got one on the way...

    I've never used cocoa nibs so looking to see the best to use them. Should I boil them last 10 min or so or use them like a dry hop?

    3 week old starter

    Had the starter in the fridge for the last 3 weeks something came up and couldn't brew. Am I better off decanting and making another starter with this yeast? Or just warm up to room temp and pitch what I have?

    First time yeast washing

    I boiled a pot of water for about 20 min let it cool on the stove while I racked my beer the brought Carboy upstairs and poured the water in without checking the temp I know it wasn't room temp yet. Do you think it will ruin the yeast?
