    A bunch of leftover grains

    Can any of you ipa lovers out there help me. I have 2 oz of citra and 2oz of chinook for a brew. Im using all the grains/hops i have leftover from other brews so I can re-up my stock on the staples. Is there a better way to profile these two hops with this grain bill? Thanks for any replies...

    Ferm started strong at room temp, when to put into ferm chamber?

    I have a 5.0 cu ft ferm chamber which i have never used before and will have three batches going by the end of the week. Planning on running it at around 68. I started an ipa with san diego super wlp090 and it is bubbling away. When should i transfer it into the chamber?? Thanks for the help..

    If I connect my beer line and draw a sample which comes out under carbed do I need to disconnect the line and drain? Or can I leave it attached and it will still carb?
