My ge 5.0 doubles as a keezer and a fermenter when I finish my supply. I have two fermenting right now and a third brew scheduled for later this week. One of the brews in the fermenter is dry hopping and ready to be kegged. When I transfer it over to the keg should i begin carbonating? or just pressurize the vessel and let the beer age at fermentation temp. I usually am a low and slow guy when letting beers carbonate so It would be set at 10 psi. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Happy brewing....Patrick
