I recently got my hands on some medical grade oxygen to oxygenate my wort. It came with a built in regulator that has from 1/2 to 25 lpm. I was just wondering how long and at what setting should I use to oxygenate 5 gallon batches.
Hope this question isn't too dumb... I was thinking of trying to carbonate my beer using by force carbing a keg. My issue is I love to give beer away and that means bottles. If I force carb the beer using a keg system can I then fill the bottles and cap and all will be good? Also if this works...

I ended up with 4.5 in the primary with the wheat and right around 5 with the brown ale. I don't have the OG with me but it think the FG of the wheat was1.007 and the brown ale was 1.012
