    Help with setup please

    Equipment list: 20 Gal. kettle 1 10 gal Rubermaid mashtun 1 10 gal Igloo mashtun 1 10 gal Igloo HLT 1 Chugger pump Everything has 1/2 valves, and high temp hoses. What is the best way to configure this for a more streamlined brewing?

    1/2 ammount of hops. What now?

    My first all grain batch, I forgot to double the hops for a 10 gallon recipe on a Heff. So this 10 gallon batch has a total of 1 oz of hops. Any chance of salvaging this? I brewed yesterday, and the homebrew shop is closed on mondays. Or just bottle and cap everything, sit in the basement and...

    Anyone have this equipment?

    Seems decent if you want to use it as a HLT. I have a similar set up in the works, but I'm getting a 14 gal brew kettle.
