1/2 ammount of hops. What now?

My first all grain batch, I forgot to double the hops for a 10 gallon recipe on a Heff. So this 10 gallon batch has a total of 1 oz of hops.

Any chance of salvaging this? I brewed yesterday, and the homebrew shop is closed on mondays. Or just bottle and cap everything, sit in the basement and let it mellow for a few months?

Brew another 10 gallon batch with twice the hops, then blend the two batches.

What kind of beer was it supposed to be? Might turn into another style.

you could make a hop tea and then pour it into the fermenter or wherever the beer is now

1.5x the hops would be correct not 2x

but a hop tea may work without having to hold 20gal of beer, which may pose a space or container issue for him
