Help with setup please

Equipment list:

• 
  20 Gal. kettle
  1 10 gal Rubermaid mashtun
  1 10 gal Igloo mashtun
  1 10 gal Igloo HLT
  1 Chugger pump

Everything has 1/2 valves, and high temp hoses. What is the best way to configure this for a more streamlined brewing?

Well, if you want "the most" streamlined setup, ditch everything but the 20gal kettle and pump and BIAB.

If BIAB is not what you're after, I imagine you should get rid of [1] mashtun (don't see the need for 2) and setup a 2-tier system since you only have a single pump.
