Experimental Brews -- We've all got at least one

I came up with an Orange Creamsicle beer which I took a pretty standard hefeweizen recipe where I added vanilla bean and swapped out the yeast for White Labs Cream Ale Blend. Friends that have tried it say they get some grapefruit taste out of it which isn't bad, just not what I intended. Still...

Winter Seasonal Beer Holly (Christmas Ale)

Just bottled this finally yesterday. I added the spice tea (added 1 tsp all spice and used powdered ginger) to the secondary being as I was a bit worried that the spices wouldn't have enough time to mellow before I debuted it to my friends for the holidays. "I can get a 36-pack of Pabst way quicker and cheaper and still get just as hammered off of it."

    Bavarian Hefeweizen to Lambic

So while sitting bored at a long day of work I managed to decide one one thing while pondering another. I decided to finally contribute my first post to this extremely useful site after several months of using it as one of my main go-to pages for research. Now, to my dilemma... I currently have...
