    Strawberry honey blonde

    I just brewed a Sierra Nevada clone and added 3lbs of honey and 60ozs of strawberry juice concentrate at the end of the boil and let me tell you, it's STRONG!!!! 3 cups and you're outta there... Anyone else try this?

    It usually takes anywhere from 5 to 10 days depending on yeast strain, type of beer, etc. rule of thumb is a week. But just cause it stops bubbling doesn't mean it's done.

    Wort Chilling

    Depends how good your water is. A simple ph test will tell you. Hard water will screw you all up. Best bet is to boil all of it to be safe, and still sometimes it's not enough if the water quality is crappy.
