I just made my solution to add to a beer and bottle but my wife made dinner plans and we have to leave. If I throw it in the fridge over night will I still be able to use it to bottle in the morning? I haven't opened the beer fermenter yet. I could just make more but dont want to waste the sugar.
maybe picking this fridge up from craigslist later today. seemed like an easy mod to fit 2 cornies - is that right? any problems since then that may make me reconsdier?
I've been trying to but the replies I'm getting are one word answers with no offering of details. I'm waiting for a reply to my third request for dimensions or model number. You'd think people would try harder to sell something if they list it!

This fridge is available on Craigslist but the seller is not being very helpful with model numbers. I'm wondering if anyone knows what model this is or if it can be converted to hold 2 five gallon cornies? All I know is it is an "older model avanti". Thanks for any help!

Hmm thanks for the feedback. That was essentially my best case scenario so I'm glad I didn't ruin it. That's what I get for not brewing for months then dropping my attention to detail.
Hello
So this weekend I am brewing up two batches - an English Mild Ale and a California Common.
I totally wasn't paying attention yesterday and put the CalCom yeast in the Mild and just noticed it today when starting the CalCom. Am I looking at significant disaster or should it be fine...
