I get into "Freight Train Voice" mode. I just have this bad habit of talking louder so that whoever I'm talking to can hear me over whatever else is going on, and before you know it I'm at a half shout and haven't even thought about it. This happens even when I'm not drinking.

I've got some Pale Ale Wort chilling as we speak. Though my "weekend" tends to be Mondays and Tuesdays rather than the regular weekend days.

Founders is in Ohio, at least in Cleveland way. Great Lakes Dortmunder is my favorite all day go to, and while its not as good as their other offerings Tröegs has a nice Pilsner that can be drank all day as well.

If its the stuff from the Czech Republic, its a nice Pilsner! Totally unlike the watery junk that we get over here in the states.

Thanks for the responses! I figured that I would have to wait until I have the proper equipment to properly lager, looks like I'll be sticking to Ales for a bit! (Not that that's a problem, I like ales in the summer!)
