Hey ladies and gents,

So I've been waiting for my Kit-Porter to finish doing its thing, and I've been musing about in beersmith seeing what sort of recipes I can come up with.

Anyways, this is what I got for a Brown Ale, at least right now. Just sorta looking for feedback for a newb who's never done this before!

EST OG: 1.052
IBU: 20.7
Colour: 21.6
Est ABV: ~5.0

Recipe
1 LB Caramel Malt 80L
1 Lb Special Roast
6.6 LBS Dark Liquid Extract
1 oz Fuggles - Boiled 60 min
1 oz Williamette - Boiled 45 Min
1 oz East Kent Golding - Flameout
Yeast: WLP0005
4.0 Oz Sucrose

So any tips? I would like to maybe boost the ABV a bit, but that's just what I'm looking at.

Again, I'm a newb so any and all feedback is appreciated.
