It actually only had one of the three houses I checked in it's database, but it is pretty neat. For those that cannot see it, this will (maybe) show your house's value and others in your area. You can also amend your listing to show recent improvements.

my realtor said you shouldn't trust the info on zillow. Of course, she is a realtor and you knowing the actual value of a home isn't in her best interest.

I really don't trust the value it's assigning to my house. It also thinks my house is stucco (the one next door is). Having ready access to sales data is nice, though.

I've used(or tried to) that site for work a few times. It tends to greatly inflate values.

Take it for what it is and don't rely on it completely. It is useful for at least a starting point, and you can adjust the value of your home if there are renovations that haven't been considered in the Zestimate.
