I have acquired some dried and powdered Yuzu peel.

I have tasted it and its quite aromatic with some initial sweetness followed by bitterness in the after taste, virtually no acidity. The flavour is of course Yuzu like, perfumey orangy citrus.

I was thinking of adding this after primary is finished by first steeping in vodka to sanitize and aid extraction and them adding the whole mixture along with a dry hop of Amarillo.

The question is how much? and how much dry hop? being that I what the dry hop to compliment the Yuzu not mask it.

I was thinking 1oz of Yuzu powder and 0.25oz of amarillo in a 5 gallon batch.

I have brewed with Yuzu a few times, but never powder so i can't really say a good amount. An ounce sounds like a good starting point though, but why not add it at flameout instead? You can always add more before packaging if you think it needs it.

Also, a 0.25oz dry hop will do absolutely nothing. I'd go with at least 4oz.
