Young Plant Hurtin (I think)

I posted a few pics of my wee little hop bine (4" so far) and the discoloration that it is getting. Anybody wanna take a peek and see if they have an idea what it could be?

After a month in the ground I finally got two bines growing right next to each other, presumably off of the same plant, out of 6 rhizomes. Despite the poor success ratio I was stoked about them. Then one died. This little guy is all I have left but now i'm worried he is on his way out. Your thoughts are much appreciated.

Been fertilizing? If so it's probably nitro burn, you'll have to lay off until it's a bit bigger. If not it's probably from excess watering.
