Hey everyone,
This is my first post but I've been a lurker for some time. I've done some partial mash brews and I have a brown and a honey wheat in the fermenters right now. I was introduced to you all by a friend who was brewing EdWort's Apfelwein and I have one of those in a carboy as well. Hopefully mine will be tasty.
Anyways, I'm in Somerville, MA and I'm finishing up at MIT this semester (I'm one of those pesky people that took 4.5 years to complete undergrad). Anyone else in that part of the country?
