Its gonna blow! Im leaving on vaca in 36 hours. Will it be ok with the blow off till then? Should i worry about suck back? The bubbles in the cup are from star-san.

You're fine, Im guessing it wont get much "worse" than that.

Sleep well mate. You have healthy and happy yeast. No reason to worry whatsoever with what you have going on there. The worst case scenario is your blow off jar overfills. If you are really worried, use a bigger one.

You need to clear some space in the blowoff jar. Pour out about half the sanitizer. You're going to overflow it if that's not high krausen yet.

Edit, suckback generally only happens when you're crash cooling. The liquid contracts and sucks air back through the airlock system (or at least it tries and usually gets mostly sanitizer. So no worries on that front.
