Hi one and all
I did my first brew 3 weeks ago a woodfordes wherry which I bottled today.
I tasted it as I bottled it and it is pallatable

I have a woodofordes sundew for my next brew.
I am hoping to move on to extract brewing in the future

Welcome to the hobby/obsession/passion! I'm sure as your success grows, you'll continue to be moving on from extract to partial mash to all grain. The best part of home brewing is you never stop learning, and you should always be having fun, otherwise, it's not really a hobby, is it?
:mug:
Cheers!

Welcome aboard from Alabama. One of the last freakin places in the US to legalize this hobby.

Well if it was palatable on bottling day, then you are going to love it once it is carbonated and chilled in the fridge !

Nice job,
Keep on Brewing.
