Hey all, I hail from NE Wisconsin. Been brewing the easy kits for a little while now and am beginning to go down the slippery slope of partial mash brewing then eventually to all grain (when I get brave enough). Have been blessed with gifts of Kegs, Tanks, carboys, etc so I have no excuses other than laziness to brew tons of beer. Just started my very first batch of real wine (Strawberry Cran). Have done a little dandelion wine that actually turned out fairly well. Looking forward to learning a lot more here. Have three boys, two of which are soda brewing masters..LOL.
