Homebrewing for about 5 years.

Brew in a bag style, but I get very good efficiency!

Using a stove + heatstick or can do dual-heatstick and no stove.

I don't like to brew the standard styles, I like to experiment.

Bottle only, no kegs. 5 Gallon batches usually.
