Yellow Lump Rock Sugar?

I was just donated 3 boxes of this stuff, around about 3lbs. I have no idea what it is other than the label saying it contains raw cane sugar and water.

What can I do with it lol? Disolve it in water and add to my next batch of frozen concentrate hooch? Is it basically white sugar crystalized?

Probably the equivalent of amber candi rocks. Pretty much sucrose, id guess, and you could use it where you use white sugar.

Id taste it first to verify though.
