Hi,

I noticed, day two in the second fermenter, some Yellow little balls which goes up and down in the clearer part. I used pellet hop as well as 1 ounce of dried fresh cascade I grew in my backyard. Could this be the little yellow stuff in the hop buds or may it be the Danstar Belle Saison yeast I used which is a bit too Alive!? Have you ever saw a thing like that?

Here is a pic

It looks like coriander floating in a jar of pickles.

It could be hop seeds or something maybe?

Little clumps of coagulated protein/break material and/or clumps of yeast.

Thanks for the input! So it might natural, no need to worry! The phenomenon is already stopped. it mabye was something like said before going up and down with gaz molecule gathering around it and when getting up, gas get out of the liquid so the UFO went down and the process perpetuate...

until not enough co2 to carry the thing up...

This is in the wrong forum. It should be in beginner's or general beer. I'm sorry, I can't provide a good answer to your question.
