So I brewed a hefe and it turned out great, clean, crisp, refreshing. It was such a hit at a 4th of July party we hosted that I decided to brew it again. This time it turned out cloudy and tasting real yeast heavy. The fermentation wouldn’t start so I figured it was too warm. I moved it on top of an AC vent and fermentation started right up. Any idea what would cause it to be cloudy/yeasty this time around? Also, any way I can fix it? I keg and force carb the beer. Any and all help is appreciated.
