Yeasts that are known to be sluggish but not stinky without nutrients?

I'm looking for yeasts that use a lot of nitrogen during the ferment, for purposes of making cider.

Are there any yeasts that are known more than others for needing to be fed some nutrient when making beer, or else they will slow down and/or get stuck? Ideally it would be a lager yeast and/or any yeast that stays viable after cold crashing

I believe that some of the wheat yeasts use more than average nutrients, at least for cider, and wondering how this experience compares with people who are making wheat beers with these? Do wheat yeasts need more nutrients to keep a beer ferment from slowing?
