Have just made a 1 gal batch of Apple cider from concentrate, I used about 2 grams of yeast but dint add any yeast nutrients, am I going to have problems. ????

Why only 2 grams? Are you splitting a package? If not, just put all 5 grams in there and you'll be fine.
