I just took a gravity reading as my wort has been fermenting for just over a week. I noticed that there is a yeast build up in the tap. It is ready to bottle but should I drain off a bit to get rid of the excess yeast??
 
After a week? I don't think it's ready yet, I personally wouldn't bottle anything that hasn't been in primary 3 weeks minimum...
