Yeast in my mead

Can't seem to get rid of the yeast flavor ... still ...should I filter it ? Or just leave it be?

How old is the mead? If you can't read a newspaper through it, there are probably 100s if not 1000s of billions (yes 1,000s of billions) of yeast cells in suspension. Even clear mead has tons of yeast in it.

Not enough info here to make a sure judgement but, time is usually the answer.
