Brewed a winter warmer with this. OG was 1.084 FG so far the fg is 1.012 in 7 days! making a 9.4% beer. Suprisingly this beer is very smooth, never tryed this strain befor.

"while sipping on St-Ambroise Apricot Wheat Ale" this beer is pretty good if you can find it.

St-Ambroise Apricot Wheat Ale - McAuslan Brewing - Montréal, QC, Canada - BeerAdvocate

That's all you got out of it!!!!!!

Last time I used that strain. it took a 1.060 down to 1.000.

Try bumping up your temperature to get everything out of it.

Personally it has not been my favorite, but some of the beers I brewed 9 to 12 months ago with it are starting to become surprisingly good.

First beer I did with that yeast got to 1.003. I repitched on to the yeast case while making a funky beer and that one went down to 1.000.

It's a crazy yeast, great for making insanely dry beers!

wow it did keep going, got down to 1.008 making it 10%. Cold Crashing in primary right now. Thinking may dry hop it, not sure
