Would this be a safe carbonisation stand Idea?

I'm brand new to this. I bought a craftabrew catalyst fermentor and now 72 x 750ml swingtop bottles

I had 2 old oven grids laying around. Would it be safe to put this in my basement unfinished ceiling joist?

There is no light in this room...

I don't see a problem with it. Kind of a neat way to keep your bottles. Only thing I'd be wary of is somehow one of the bottles gets twists and falls through. Don't know how likely that would be, though. Hopefully those racks can handle the weight of all of those bottles when you fill it up.
