Hi,
I brew with a very thin wort, as I do not sparge.
So I was wondering if I would gain anything by boiling this water:
Calcium 92
Magnesium 12
Sodium 27
Chloride 28
Sulphate 40
Bicarbonate 316
pH 7.9
I also tried using the online water treatment calculators, and came to the conclusion that I should add a little Calcium Chloride. So in my last brew (fermenting now) I added 0.5ml/L 33%. And I got a really nice efficiency ?
Any comment would be greatly appreciated.
