I'm considering a built-in wort chiller for my 15 gallon pot. The diameter of the pot is about 18". If I design this so the coil runs around the outer edge of the pot (inside, obviously) will this pose any issues if I'm also whirlpooling, versus having a smaller diameter coil that sits more in the middle of the wort? I'd prefer to have more open space within the wort for stirring and circulation. I'm also not too concerned with chilling in 8 minutes or anything, I don't mind it taking a bit longer within reason.
