So thoughts on this for aeration? I figured running it for 20 or so.

 
Are you talking about recirculating with a pump? That wort sprayer is used by a lot of people as they transfer from kettle to fermenter, and that seems to produce enough aeration.

There's a limit to what you can do aerating with just air, and while you'll probably get closer to that limit with this approach, it's not clear, at least to me, if it's worth the fiddling.

Yeah, my fermenter has a spigot. Wort goes through pump back through sprayer.
