So I finnaly found a nut brown ale kit with good reviews. I plan to make the kit as is but rather then 23 litters cut it down to 20 litters, I find kits get way to light and watery at 23 litters.

I was wondering what i could add in to make it slightly better when its in secondary and help the flavor considering its a nut brown, Maybe burbon? french oak? Vaninla bean? coffee beans? Something else i'm missing?

It depends what you are going for. You could even try toasted walnuts, hazelnuts, etc. if you actually want it a bit "nutty". I am a big fan of cacao nibs and coffee, but pretty much anything that you enjoy the flavor of could be incorporated.

And don't forget the countless spices and herbs that can be experimented with.
