Well. we see how you are. No flip flops and shorts down here in Fla yet. May be a couple of weeks till good moderated temps prevail. The highs are near 80, but the lows are still close to 35 at nite. Once we get the spring thaw and temps stay above 45 at nite it will be time to get busy and fill the pipeline for the coming winter. Enjoy the great weather and hope to join you in warmer temps soon enough.

Brewed two days ago and it was about 30 when we started- no points for timing! Totally should have taken today off and knocked out another batch

Supposed to reach low 40s today. Might melt the snow on the roads if we're lucky.

It's been a pretty mild winter so far.

If I weren't so busy, I'd schedule a brew outside today.
