Woot! from Beamont, TX

I'm slowly putting together equipment. So far I've got:

1x keggerator
1x 6.5 gallon glass carboy
1x propane burner
1x propane tank
4x Spartanburg Challenger VI ball lock's in excellent condition.
1x half broken liquid side ball lock QD
1x wife that likes beer
1x 18 month old that likes beer (sneaky little sh**)

I'm SO close to getting an extract set going. I can't wait to start filling those cornies up!

Anyway, I figured I'd make a profile here since I'm sure I'll have questions later on.

Welcome. I actually know a lot of people who went to Lamar, so Beaumont hits close to home. That's awesome you have a kegerator already!

It was the keggerator that catalyzed venturing into home brewing. I bought the keggerator set up (tank, faucet, etc) over 5 years ago. I'd joke: "I've got everything to make a keggerator except the keg and the 'rator!". I was just too cheap to buy a refrigerator for nefarious purposes.

For the brewing project, I've decided to only buy what I can not make, borrow, find or steal. Everything in the list was free except the cornies...
and the wife...and the kid. Still paying on that one actually.
