So i brewed a simple belgian ale recipe last sunday, 9 days ago, checked my gravity today as activity has been over for a couple days, and holy 1.000 batman! I wanted this to finish dry but wow not quite that low.
Mashed at about 149-150, i pitched a starter at about 62 and let it rise until it hit 68 and then i kept it there, after visible signs were over i let it come up to room temp, mid 70s. OG was only 1.047, undershot by just a few points. But im still shocked at how low it got, i even pulled another hydrometer out to double check.
