Hey there.
1 week ago i bottled my cider - made from cloudy apple juice and elderflower extract. Everything seemed to be going well, as well as the 2 other brews i bottled at the same time - a short mead and a braggot.
However, today, i looked at the cider and saw a weird wispy stuff collecting in the neck. Anyone got any idea what it is?
I used extensive sanitizing when bottling and used star-san on everything used in making it since opening the bottles of juice, so i'd be surprised if it was an infection - plus its not like any ive ever seen.
Plus, this is happening in all bottles of the cider, and also in none of the other 2 brews bottled on the same day with the same equipment.
