Hi friends! My name is Jeff, I am Midwestern native, born and raised in Wisconsin: Brewer's country!

I have been brewing for a few years, but only as an assistant. My dad brewed beer at home all growing up, but I never got into it for whatever reason. Over the last few years, however, I have taken a liking to it, and it's a great way to bond with my dad now that we are both getting older.
