Winter care: Watering?

Hi, I live in an area which never (maybe once every 8-10 years) drops to or below freezing in the winter. But I was wondering, do you guys water your now invisible hops in the winter? I don't get a lot of rain in SoCal (although I am today).

No, it is not necessary. Given that 90% of the rain around here occurs when the hops are dormant, I wouldn't have to anyway. But they are dormant and do not need water.
