My second batch of wine is ready to be moved to a Carboy however it's horribly sweet. It's a green apple wine, I juiced the apples. Any advice on how I can tone it down. My first batch was made with green apples as we'll but I chopped them up instead of juicing. It turned out excellent

As runningweird mentioned a yeast strain, Original gravity and fermentation temps could possibly help diagnose an issue.
I had this happen with a grape peach. I had missed my gravity by a long shot and pitched anyways. The yeast was unable to digest the large amount of sugars. So I was left fortifying the wine and calling it good.
