Wine Too Sweet

I made a very good batch of watermelon wine. The problem is that it is too sweet. Any ideas to fix it?

Their extracts are very nice and since they do not contain sugar it may cut the sweetness.

I have been happy with the ones I bought. I would bench test to get the taste you are looking in a glass and then calculate how much per bottle/gallon.

Just make a batch of very dry wine, either watermelon or something that would complement it, let it ferment out completely and clear. When its done, blend it with the sweet version.

Or fortify with pure grain or vodka.
