Currently studying Oenology (wine making) and Viticulture (grape growing) in England, originally from Boston. Been brewing on the side for several years but have recently started to take it more seriously and try to play off my Oenology knowledge where ever I can. My biggest hopes include exposing as many brits to American style IPA as possible and encouraging a microbrewing culture like that in the U.S. I also really enjoy travelling and trying beers from all over Europe. So far Berlin and Amsterdam have been my two favourite beers destinations, have plans to go to Oktoberfest next autumn.
