So yesterday I decided to brew a hopped up version of my patented "Billy" beer which is basically a APA/AIPA with a single hop bill of Willamette... Only this time I doubled up on each hop addition since I had a pound of hops laying around that needed to go, this is for a 10g batch.

Mash @ 154 for 1 hour
2oz Will (FW)

2oz Will (15)

6oz Will (DH)
Pitch 4 packs Safale-05 and ferm @ 60-65, dry hop for last 14 days.
