I figured a gallon of headspace would be enough, apparently should have hooked up a blow off tube earlier. Ive been cleaning this lid off every hour or two all day.
Recipe is the extract version of "Storm Surge" baltic porter from the most recent zymurgy. OG was a little low, but Im sure it will still be tasty. It tastes quite roasty and coffee like right now. Yeast I used was WLP007 with a two litre starter.
