Hey gang, hope you're getting some brewing in during this pandemic. I'm trying Mangrove Jack's California Lager yeast for the first time with a lager that I want to add a punch of citrus to. So the boil will be traditional Saaz/Sterling combo for bitterness but then I want a splash of citrus up front...not hoppy to the point of an IPA but still hit you in the nose when you go in for that first sip. I'm wondering if I can get that from whirlpooling...i have citra and mosaic on hand that should work well, anyone else tried this? What quantities did you use, whirlpool temp/duration etc? Thanks
